For inquiries about surrendering a greyhound, please fill out the form below. Note that Greyhound Safety Net can only assist with the rehoming of greyhound dogs and cannot accommodate other breeds.
Please also be aware that completing this form is for initial informational purposes only and its submission does not guarantee that we will accept your dog for rehoming. Each submission will be thoroughly reviewed and assessed before any commitments are made. If we don’t get back to you, it is because we will not be able to help you at this time. Please note, we do not run a waiting list.

Please note Greyhound Safety Net is based in south-east Melbourne and takes in greyhounds throughout Victoria.
As a general rule, we do not take dogs interstate or outside Australia.
